It is a gated, fenced community built for monthly residents, with Kingsland's grocery store, restaurants and Lake LBJ on one side and Lake Buchanan on the other.

Between two lakes
Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake, so the water near Kingsland stays put even in dry summers. That makes it a favorite for boating, skiing, paddling and fishing. Lake Buchanan, the largest of the Highland Lakes, is just north of the park. Living at Seven Lakes puts both within a few minutes of your site.
