Rate Details

2 Adults + 2 Children under age of 18 in same family

Additional guests:

– Maximum 6 people per site

– $5 per day per person

– $75 max per monthly per person

(Includes all Adults more than 2. Includes all Children under age of 18 more than 2 children in same family)

Deposits

$75 non-refundable deposit will be charged for daily reservations

$150 non-refundable deposit will be charged for weekly/monthly reservations

Electricity

Weekly and monthly guests are metered at $.12 per KWH.

Late Fees

$30.00 late fee beginning on the sixth day, plus an additional $10.00 per day thereafter.
