Base occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children under 18 in the same family
Maximum: 6 people per site
Additional guests: $5 per person, per day
Monthly cap: $75 max per additional person, per month
Applies to all adults beyond 2, and all children under 18 beyond 2 in the same family
